ELC Application Process

How to apply to ELC 2024

APPLY TO ELC
  1. Review Expectations of Accepted Students
  2. Fill out and submit Online Application and Consent and Waiver Forms
  3. Provide 3 email addresses to collect the 3 required E-Signatures of yourself, your parent or legal guardian, and your school representative.
  4. Attend one of two offered Mandatory Orientation Meetings
  5. Acceptance notifications will be emailed during the first week in February 2024.

Expectations of Accepted Students

  • Be on time for all activities
  • Eat all meals with your team
  • Stay with your team for ALL activities
  • Wear your name tag throughout the conference
  • Respect all people and property at Asilomar
  • Safeguard your meal tickets and room key (There is a charge if either is lost)
  • No changing of room assignments
  • Except for team meetings which include adults, there will be no boys in girls rooms and no girls in boys room
  • No drugs, alcohol, or smoking at any time
  • An ELC laptop will be provided for each team
  • No use of personal electronic devices during any meeting
  • Lights out at specified times

Online Application

By submitting your agreement you are indicating your full-time commitment:

  1. You have no obligations or commitments that will affect your attendance.
  2. You must attend 1 of 2 offered Orientation Meetings with at least 1 parent or legal guardian.
  3. Your full-time attendance at ELC is required – Wednesday through Friday.
