About ELC
The Enterprise Leadership Conference (ELC) is an experience designed to challenge and inspire. Over three packed days at the stunning Asilomar Conference Grounds, motivated high school juniors team up to create real business ideas, pitch them to real judges, and walk away with real-world skills. Led by dedicated Rotarians and powered by fun, friendship, and fierce collaboration, ELC helps students grow into confident thinkers, communicators, and leaders.
